BATTERY POLICY = We do NOT warranty batteries on any used devices. Most of our items are used equipment and it is priced as such. Batteries are fairly inexpensive to purchase new on .

RETURN POLICY
We accept Returns on items that adhere to our warranty descriptions as listed above or for any errors on our part. We will attempt to replace the item for you. If we are unable to replace the item, refunds are of the total amount of the sale. No shipping charges will be refunded unless it is our error. Please understand that once an item has been received it must be first inspected. Once the item passes inspection, a refund will be submitted to our accounting department then given to the buyer.

Additional packaging is $25.00 and must be requested and added to invoice prior to payment being made!
If invoice is paid prior to $25.00 fee being added, the additional packaging will not be completed. Item will be sent in original packaging.
