We accuratelymeasure our corals when they get photographed in our aquariums and is only a reference, not a guarantyto the size they will be in your aquarium. When you receivethem, they will likely be MUCH smaller in the bag which they are shipped due to the stresses of shipping and in optimal aquarium conditions will re-inflateto the approximate size listed when we took the photo.Pictures taken under Kessil LEDs. Shipping Policy

All live items areshipped by Fedex through Priority Overnight Service, Monday-Wednesday andusually arrive by 9:00am MST. We are also happy to ship to your work or office.Certain remote areas are delivered later in the day. We use specificpacking means necessary to ensure the safe arrival of your live coral. In theunlikely event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), you must send a very clear digitalphoto within 2 hours of delivery. We may ask for you to ship back the deceasedanimal, so please do not dispose of it. Once we receive the digital photo, andwe receive the deceased coral (if applicable), we will issue a refund uponreview. Refunds are issued based on circumstances and are at the discretion ofour team, Refunds are not guaranteed.

We cannot be heldresponsible for mechanical or weather delays that may cause your Fedex shipmentto arrive late. We can hold corals for up to one week once payment has beenreceived, unless other arrangements are agreed upon. Beyond that, we are notresponsible for the coral, and cannot guarantee replacement of the same coralpurchased. This Item is considered perishable, perishable items cannot beinsured with FedEx. FedEx will not review or consider claims on perishables.
