We accuratelymeasure our anemoneswhen they get photographed in our aquariums and is only a reference, not a guarantyto the size they will be in your aquarium. When you receivethem, they will likely be MUCH smaller in the bag which they are shipped due to the stresses of shipping and in optimal aquarium conditions will re-inflateto the approximate size listed when we took the photo.Pictures taken under Kessil LEDs. All live items are shipped by Fedex through Priority Overnight Service, Monday and Tuesday. We are also happy to ship to your work or office. Certain remote areas are delivered later in the day. We use specific packing means necessary to ensure the safe arrival of your live coral.

We do everything in our power to make curtain your coral arrives alive in the best conditionabsolutelypossible.In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), you must send a very clear digital photo within2 hoursof delivery or claim will be instantly denied and refund will NOT be issued.Beyond2 hours ofarrivalbegins proper coral husbandry to keep the coral alive, we are not responsible for the husbandryprovidedto the coral beyond the first 2 hours of arrival.We may ask for you to ship back the deceased animal, so please do not dispose of it. Once we receive the digital photo, and we receive the deceased coral (if applicable), we will issue a refund upon review. Refunds are issued based on circumstances and are at the discretion of our team, Refunds are not guaranteed.

We cannot be held responsible for mechanical or weather delays that may cause your Fedex shipment to arrive late.We can hold corals for up to one week once payment has been received, unless other arrangements are agreed upon.
