This is a FM attenuator for use with a SDR(Software Defined Radio) it attenuates strong local FM signals so to limit the noise on lower bands. The range of frequencies are from 88-108MHz. This filter has been modified to use SMA female connectors. (This is the connector without the pin in the center.) It works perfect with and SDR usb plug in dongles. You will need to provide the appropriate connector to connect from the SMA female to your version of the USB dongle. The SDR is not included in the sale.
