Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return an item for a refund. Products must be returned with all original contents, including any and all manuals, warranty cards and outer packaging. Please contact us for a Return Authorization with instructions to send the product back. A restocking fee will apply if the item is not returned in original and new condition with all manufacturer packaging and contents intact. Outbound shipping may be free or discounted with purchase, but if the item is returned, original shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

Products with any scratches/markings from installation of rack mounts may incur a restocking fee. Please inspect all contents in package and contact us within 14 days of receipt if an item is defective, damaged or missing from your shipment.
