Exquisite 18th Century Double-Series Red and White Twist Stem Glass - Hand-Blown:

This is a family heirloom probably from Scandinavia. It is approximately 6 inches tall and is in excellent condition now that a tiny fleabite repair was made to the edge of the bowl by a local glassblower (see photo). The white thread in the stem is wound around a red double thread interwoven with a multiple thread twist and is set on a conical foot.
