Working lights inside the back sleep area. Steele gauge fence with locking capability. Shingled roof and run pad floor is made of polyurethane all weather proof, making for easy clean up including using pressure washer.
Selling because I’m moving to Texas and transporting it would cost more than buying a new one. My original cost 3 years ago was over $9k. Everything is still in good functioning condition.
