Up for sale is an early MERITCRYSTAL DETECTOR STAND in extremely nice condition. The bakelite baseshows normal signs of age and wear: light surface scratches, fleabites aroundthe bottom edge, a little roughness around the screw holes, etc..., but nocracks or breaks that I can see. The glass dust cover is excellent with nocracks or breaks. All silver metal parts have no dents or breaks, but there aretwo small areas right above the MERIT that show a little wear. I tried to photothese and they are difficult to see, but they are there. This has its catwhisker and crystal. It measures approx. just under 2" in diameter and anoverall height of 2". A good clean detector. I don\'tclaim to be an expert on these so PLEASE review thephotos as they supercede the description. If you need more close-ups we will behappy to oblige.
