  These vacuums may or may not have cosmetic blemishes, but we do have to state that in case there are some. These are items that were returned to factory for some reason (like shipping damage, or broken parts, etc.). They are then repaired, tested, and repackaged. The extra handling may result in a scratch or some marring. We do guarantee them mechanically and we do have confidence in them enough to extend the warranty without any additional cost. These are a good way to go if you are looking to save some extra money and still get all the performance of the full price model.

  If you receive an item that is defective you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it at no charge to you, contact us and we will issue acall tag to have the item picked up and a replacement sent, or a refund issued. If you are unhappy with the item you may return it within 30 days of receiving it, however you will still need to contact us to be issued a RMA number, and you will be responsible for paying the shipping back to us, and you will be subject to a 15.00 restocking fee.

  Dyson Warranty for Refurbished Product:

  Dyson backs there refurbished products with a 6 month factory warranty. We back the items with a 2.5 year extended warranty. In the case your Dyson needs warranty repair in the first 6 months you can take it to the nearest Dyson service center in your area.
