Complete Dahlgren System 100 engraver. 8\"x12\" engraving area. We used this engraver up until a couple months ago in our business to engrave mostly plastic electrical tags. I\'ll be completely honest in details.....
The good: It still works! The engraver is in good condition with the only issue being that the spindle needs to be taped when engraving so the depth nose cone won\'t rotate when engraving.
The bad: The computer is OLD! There is no CD drive and the 3 1/2 floppy drive doesn\'t work. USB flash drives don\'t work either since its so old. An upgrade would be in order. The SCU control unit works but several buttons are getting old and cracked, especially the RUN button that needs to be pressed just right. I\'ve seen these units modified and buttons replaced.
There is no dust collector since I\'m using it on my new machine but the spindle nose cone is set up for one. The machine takes an air compressor connection to run the Z axis (up/down). I\'ll include all the books, 1/4\" bits, and misc. parts that I have. My personal opinion is that this would be a great engraver to upgrade to some modern controls. I\'ve listed it as local pickup since shipping its a couple hundred pounds but we can work something out. It would be approx 36\" x 36\" x 36\". Probably freight.
