Get Vendio Gallery - Now FREE! this is a very large della robbia jardiniere, its probably one of the best looking pieces your likely to find, it has wonderful blue colours and turquoise mixes, it has raised images of dancing children / cherubs around the main body along with other decoration as seen in photos, the mark on the base is pretty faint, you can just make out the faint galleon ship with a faint D and R at the sides, it also has some numbers and painted mark for RUTH BARE. its a large fragile piece so i would prefer pick up if possible, but i can post worldwide for price stated, it measures about 24.5cm high, 24cm across the top with a large bulbous body. della robbia pieces retailed at libertys etc, plenty of info available on how rare these pieces are if you google the name. it does have overall crazing and also hairlines on the base leading to a crack which runs across base rim and up part of the planter, also hairline on the rim, viewing best option, otherwise sold as seen, it weighs about 3.270kg, ive also listed a della robbia bottle vase which came with it and some more fine quality pieces. surely one of the best pieces your likely to find on and a superb investment for the future.
