- Items like Collars and Harnesses that were custom made can\'t be returned ! - Item(s) must be received at our location within 14 days of delivery.- Items returned after 14 days of delivery will be donated to our local rescue program.- We recommend that you carefully pack your return and insure it with the shipping company to avoid liability
