This is a vintage Breyer's Traditional scale Stretch Morgan model customized as a Flaxen Sabino Welsh Pony. Her seams and manufacturer's mark were removed, and her air hole was moved to her groin. The model was gender changed to a mare with realistic teats and her mane and tail have the wavy look of having been braided. Her neck was lowered and she's been moved out the the extreme stretch position to slightly parked out relaxed pose. Her face has been slightly re-sculpted and her ears and hooves have been carved and refined. She has been primed and painted with artist acrylics, earth pigments and pastels, and sealed with several finishing coats of Krylon Matte Finish and Testor's Dulcote. Her multi-colored eyes and hooves are lightly glossed and she's signed BSM '17 by the artist, me.
This handcrafted,collectiblework of art may not be as smooth or perfect as a manufactured item and is not suitable as a toy. Qualities such as PSQ and LSQ are subjective and can't be guaranteed.
I normally ship USPS Priority with insurance and signature confirmation, within three days of receiving confirmed payment via Paypal (Monday through Friday). I pack carefully, but because accidents do happen, I ask that buyers document and report any damage promptly and cooperate as necessary with the PO in the event a claim is needed. Any return shipping cost is at buyer's expense. I always want buyers to be completely satisfied, so please review the listing photos carefully and ask any questions before offerding or buying. This item is from a cigarette free home but we do use a wood stove in the colder months and I have a dog, so please take this into account.
