Cub Cadet Z-Force ZF 23HP Kawasaki Zero Turn mower. It is the sought after 60 inch mowing deck. It also has the resilient Kawasaki engine and not the cheap Kohler motor. It's a quick, maneuverable and solid zero turn mower. I bought it to use on my yard only. Always garage kept. It was just serviced recently, New Battery, oil + filter change, balanced mowing deck, new blades and brand new drive belts. All receipts, service documentation, and original paperwork included.
