box made in England by Crummles

in the early nineties exclusively

for Royal Doulton

top of the lid has a picture of

Peter Rabbit from the Beatrix Potter story

and the inside lidalso has a little picture

of himand writing which says

'But Peter, who was very naughty

squeezed under the gate'

measuring approx. 1.75" in diameter

and 1" high the enamel is in very good

condition with the Crummles

backstamp on the base.

Lovely rare box enamelled on copper

in England in the old traditional way
