You will be provided a tracking number with details so you can track the package progress during delivery and make sure you will be able to unpack the fish ASAP. In the unlikely event your fish arrives DOA, we require multiple pictures of the dead fish out of water within 45 minutes of their arrival at your home. We will replace your fish promptly (but you pay shipping costs again) or we will issue a refund (minus shipping). All shipping costs are non-refundable. We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays, FedEx 2Day.
