Different types of conversion we generally offer

• Full Spectrum conversion. Full spectrum of light from about 280nm to 1100nm will reach your cmaera sensor. This numerical range depends of the type of the camera sensor.
• Infrared conversion (650nm, 750nm or 800nm)
• Astronomy conversion with extension to 700nm
• UV conversion with Hoya U-340 and U-360 glass

Here you can see transmission curve of the Full Spectrum conversion filter we use.

As you can see it has practically 99%+ transmission in visible part of the spectrum!

Below you can see transmission curves of original Canon EOS T3, T3i, T4 camera IR Cut filters. There are two filters in these camera assemblies. We called front one the one which faces to the lens and rear filter is the one faces to the sensor.

To make Astronomic conversion of your Canon camera we can remove Rear filter only so:

1. Your camera (T3i and T4i) will retain Ultrasonic cleaning system. Please note T3 does not have it!
2. You still will be able to take normal color pictures with custom white balance though.

For Infrared conversion we will remove IR Cut filter and replace it with Infrared filter.

On this chart you can see that original Sony UV/IR Cut window was replaced with Neimart Dual side multilayer anti-reflective coated borosilicate clear pass window has been installed instead of replaced IV/IR Cut window
