This cat tree is hand made and is one of a kind. Below is a list of its features:

• The tree stands about 95" tall, 60" wide, and 35" deep. The "trunk" and "arms" of the catus are about 12" in diameter.
• The tree is constructed of wood, metal, sisal rope, and spray foam insulation (at the elbows of the "arms").
• The rope is painted with green latex paint.
• The tree weighs about 235 lbs.
• The tree is attached to the base by four bolts.
• There are a number of "feet" with felt pads on the bottom of the base.
• The tree comes with two pillows, one for each "perch" on the arms.
• The tree comes with a hammock which can be removed and cleaned.
• Note that there is some color variation with the unpainted sisal rope.

Shipping Details:

• There is no charge to pick up the cat tree at my house. (I live in the northern part of Colorado Spings, CO).
• I can deliver the cat tree up to 100 miles from my house. The charge will be $1 for every mile from my house. (So ifI deliver to a location that is 40 milesaway, the delivery cost will be $40.)
• If the buyer does not want to pick it up or if the deliver location is more than 100 miles away,the cat tree will need to be shipped not mailed (due to its size and weight). There will be a $125 charge to provide a shipping crate for the cat tree.It is estimated that the crate will add an additional 150 lbs. Shipping costs can be ESTIMATED by freightquote.com. I will drop off the cat tree to the nearest shipping dock, so the shipping company will not have to pick it up at my house. Both the cost of the crate and the shipping costs will be paid by the buyer.
