IT IS COMPLETELY INSULATED AND COMES WITH TWO (2) REFREEZABLE ICE BLOCKS THAT KEEP THE CONDIMENTS COLD ALL DAY LONG THENCAN BE REFROZEN AT NIGHT. THE 2 QUART STORAGE BINS (3) COME WITH LIDS SO THAT AT THE END OF THE DAY YOU CAN TAKE THE CONDIMENT CONTAINERS OUT , COVER THEM WITH THE SEALEDLIDS AND PUT IN REFRIGERATOR.
