Some manufacturers offer product guarantees and we can help you with obtaining more information on their guarantees. As a pet owner it is your responsibility to know your pet and their play style and to always supervise.

Know your dog and choose the appropriate size and type of toy to prevent choking or other harm. Inspect toys regularly; if a toy is damaged or if parts become separated, remove toy and parts as injury may result. Dogs are like human babies. Supervise play and never leave toys with a dog unsupervised. If you have a multiple dog home always purchase toys based on the largest and most powerful dog.

We guarantee every product will arrive in new, undamaged and working condition, unless noted otherwise.

Making purchases via the internet can be challenging at times as you can not touch or see the item in person. We do our best to describe the item we are selling. We mostly use stock photos taken by the manufacturers and/or vendors. However, if you receive an item and it is not as expected please contact us to arrange a return for a refund or exchange, if applicable.

Shipping

US Customers

We will ship your order within 1 business day of cleared payment, excluding US Holidays and weekends.

If you are purchasing multiple items we will combine shipping to save you money. Please request an invoice once you have made all your selections or use the “Add to Cart” feature. Shipping discounts are forfeited once a Buyer pays for items separately.

We use USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail and USPS Parcel Post. We will choose the best shipping method depending upon the items ordered. We will provide a delivery confirmation number via email upon shipment of your order. We also provide a local pickup option for customers wishing to save on shipping and are near our Little Falls, NJ location – please contact us if this is of interest to you.

International Customers

We will ship your order within 1 business day of cleared payment, excluding US Holidays and weekends.

We offer First Class International and Priority Mail International. Delivery times for either method can take up to 60 days for delivery depending upon destination, mail volume and customs volume. Shipping method will depend upon shipment destination, weight/size of shipment and value of items ordered. Delivery confirmation is included on shipments to most countries.

Orders with a value of items of $50 USD or greater and/or are 4 pounds or heavier will require shipment via Priority Mail International at Buyer’s expense.

Taxes, Duties or Fees that may be due upon receipt of your shipment are not included in the shipping cost we provide; they are the responsibility of the Buyer.

If this item is on your country\'s Prohibited or Restricted Customs List we will not ship the item. We will cancel the transaction and provide a full refund, if a payment has been made.

Payments

We currently accept only PayPal. A Paypal account is free and can be linked to your banking or credit card account. Payment is requested within 7 days of commitment to purchase. If payment is not received within the 7 days we must open an Unpaid Item case with . If more time is needed please contact us.

Sales Tax

We collect 7% NJ Sales Tax on orders delivered to a New Jersey address or that are picked up.

Return Policy

We\'re confident that the merchandise we sell will meet or exceed your expectations, but if it doesn\'t we will gladly accept your returns. If for some reason you are not satisfied with an item, please notify us within fourteen days of receipt and we will refund it upon return receipt. Please be aware that we cannot refund shipping costs, (to or from). Also we will not accept returns that have been used, opened, tags removed or damaged by the purchaser, or that are returned without prior notification. If you would like to return an item, please contact us.

If an item is found to be defective, please contact us. In some cases the item must be returned to us, at buyer’s expense, for a refund or exchange. Occasionally we will request photos be sent in lieu of item being returned. We will not provide a refund or exchange for used products.<img
