Up for sale is this BIC 960 Belt Drive Manual/Automatic Turntable with Empire 150 Cartridge. Turntable and base and cover all look excellent. Cover has few light surface scratches.

About this turntable, Un stuck the platter with heat. Oiled the motor. Used a new belt I had but cut down to check the operation. All functions work. Speed is excellent, Empire cartridge sounds as good as any I\'ve heard. Plays to end and returns to stop and shuts off. Couldn\'tcheck the stackable as it doesn\'t have the center stem for that.

I believe this is an audiophile turntable and just needs some tweeking, or service as I am not an expert on these,such as removing base and cleaning off old grease etc. Manually it works fine and just as intended. I\'ve owned a few tables, and this is as nice as any I believe that I\'ve owned.

It will need the correct belt kit, as the belt that it has now is just a temporary belt that was just super glued together, and may not last. Pictured is the red belt that comes with it.
