The one cylinder turns when turning the crank. The turntable does not turn. I do not know nothing about what needs to be done. I am selling as is. There is a lot of small dents on the horn and the end of horn is bent some. There is small gaps at 3 of the corners of the bottom wood box. They are not cracks. May just need to be tapped into place. Most everything what I call normal do to the age. Is a little on the dusty side. Remember I am selling as is. If the shipping is less then what you get charged, I will refund the difference. If the shipping is more I will pay any extra shipping costs. Will be shipped in two boxes. I ship in the U.S.A. only. ,,
