Please understand something about our shipping costs ~ We charge a flat rate ~ We send by first class, priority or parcel post based on what actual shipping cost is and the need for insurance ~ this is at our discretion
We purchase high end, new materials to safely ship your items and pay a professional packer to pack them securely and deliver them to a local post office. We do not profit on shipping! We also include insurance at for all items over $50 domestically as well as tracking for all items at no additional cost to the buyers.
We do not refund shipping costs under any circumstance. We sincerely request that if you are not comfortable with our shipping fees, please refrain from participating in our sales.
It is detrimental to all of us if you are unhappy with the shipping costs.
Please Note: All international buyers - you are responsible for any import, taxes, fees or charges. We do not refund these fees under any circumstances.
International Shipping charges do not include insurance. We will be happy to add insurance at an additional fee. Please do not ask us to value on customs forms for less because we then cannot insure it properly.
