Comes with a power cord and was hooked up and working when I removed it. Guaranteed to work. In very nice shape and was rack mounted. Weight is 17 pounds unpacked. Rare item and is a must for any Ham Radio collector. Found at a recent Ham Radio estate collection and has been stored away for years.
