- We process and ship orders Mon – Fri and are unable to offer weekend or holiday delivery.
- We only ship to the 48 Continental United States. We are unable to ship internationally or to Hawaii, Alaska and other US Protectorates (ie. Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, etc.).
- We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- We utilize over 80 warehouses across the Continental United States. If you order two or more products from us, they may ship separately as the items ship directly from our suppliers warehouses.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to select which shipping company/carrier will deliver your product. This might affect you if you live in a rural community that does not accept deliveries from any specific shipping company.
TERMS OF PURCHASE
We currently ship to the lower 48 United States only. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO Boxes, Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii. At this time we also do not ship internationally. While we are based in MI, our items ship direct from our distributors warehouses throughout the United States and not necessarily from MI. Shipping lead times will vary depending on the item.If you need your item by a specific date contact us prior to purchasing to see if it is possible. Please note thatshipping delays may occurduring the holiday season.We are not responsible for items not delivered by Christmas as we cannot control the delivery system or delays from our suppliers during the holiday season.

Return Policy:
If you decide that you want to return your item you may do so within 14 days after delivery but you MUST contact us for return instructions. You, the buyer, are responsible for the initial as well as the return shipping fees. Your refund will NOT include any shipping fees. In the event of free shipping you will not be refunded the amount that it cost us to ship. Your item MUST be returned in the original packaging in new condition. A 20% restocking fee will apply and will be deducted from your refund. Please note that buyer remorse does not dismiss your responsibility of payment for initial and return shipping fees or the 20% restocking fee. If you receive an item and "It's not what you expected" these fees still apply. We are charged these fees from our suppliers. In certain instances if the item is received defective or damaged, it may be required to submit photos of the damage. By purchasing from us you are agreeing to our policies.
Backordered Items:
On occasion an item will go on backorder. In this event, we will email you and notify you of the situation. At this point you will be given the option to wait for the item to come off of backorder or you can opt for a full immediate refund. If you decide to wait for the item to come off, you may cancel at any time during your wait and receive a full refund.
Your Ship To Address:
If you are puchasing from us on , please make sure that your address is up to date as once your order is placed an email is sent immediately to our distributor with your order information for quick processing. If you need your item sent to an alternate address, you MUST email us immediately upon purchasing. We are NOT responsible for your address being incorrect. If you are purchasing from our website, you will be given the opportunity at checkout to key in your desired ship to address.
