The EF FlailMowers offer an ideal solution to maintaining your property such as your grassy areas, orchards,
vineyards, or horse property.
Performance:
The PTO shaft(included in your purchase) connects the mower to your CAT I, 3 point hitch. The PTO shaft should transfer540 RPM. The mower has between 30 flails, weighing 400gr. each (forged steel,galvanized), ensuring the ideal mowing result evenwith under growth and small bushes. As an option we offer Y-blades (andspacers) for grass mowing only.
The mowingheight is adjustable at the heavy self-cleaning rear roller, which is mountedwith ball bearings, providing for smooth performance even on uneven grounds.
Features:
Our EF mowershave a belt driven system and an electronically balanced knife shaft. The heavyduty gearbox turns the drive shaft at 2,000RPM.The gearbox runs in an oil bath. Therefore, oil has to be added beforeyou use the machine for the first time.
Safety:
The standardfree-wheel transmission lets the knife shaft turn once the PTO is switched off.As a result the movement of the mower will not be transferred to the tractor.
The front ofthe mower is equipped with a safety cover to prevent debris and rocks beingthrown from the tractor.
Just the3.point hitch arms and the PTO shaft (and protector cup) have to be assembled.
