All shrimps are tank raised by myself. NOT IMPORTED. Shrimps are raised at room temperature and are fed Shrimp King shrimp pellets, Protien, Mineral, and Complete. They are also fed veggie rounds every other day.
To ensure live arrivals, all shipments made THURSDAY-SATURDAY will be shipped out on Monday. Thanks again.
In the case of a DOA. Please take a clear picture of the shipment UNOPENNED. There will be NO REFUNDS once the bags are opened. I will send additional shrimps in all orders in case of DOA. Partial refunds may be considered if the death count exceeds the number of EXTRA shrimps ordered.
