In order to ensure the optimal health of our Koi and Butterfly Koi stock, we are a closed facility that only brings in stock from our suppliers, Blue Ridge Fish Hatchery and Hazorea Aquatics. No fish from any other source are ever allowed into our facilities. Likewise, Blue Ridge and Hazorea have been operating as closed facilities for more than a decade, with no new broodstock or other outside fish being brought onto their farms during that time. This strict bio-security plan eliminates the possibility of infection or contamination.

We will hold your items for 10 days so that you may combine shipping. Payment is due 10 days from the date of your first won sale. The 10 day deadline does not extend each time that you win a new sale.

Please wait and pay for everything at once when you are done shopping and ready to ship out. We will ship out the next available business day after your payment is submitted, unless you specify otherwise.

After you make any purchases, you will receive a revised invoice with your items combined and the correct shipping charge in place.

You are allowed a period of up to 10 days in which to combine shipping. After this period expires, we will need to receive payment and ship out as soon as possible.

There is a 6.75% sales tax that is applied to all orders shipped to a North Carolina address.

Yes, we allow and encourage combined shipping! There is no limit to the number of items that can be combined into one shipment.

All shipments are sent out using UPS Next Day Air service. Your order will be shipped on the next available day after payment is completed, unless you specify otherwise.

Shipping is $25 per shipment to NC and SC.

Shipping is $35 per shipment to PA, MD, DC, OH, GA, WV, KY, TN, VA, NY, and NJ.

Unfortunately, we CANNOT combine orders placed through with orders placed through our web site. They will need to be shipped separately.

A tracking number will be added to your Order Details page on the evening that your shipment is processed. If you cannot find your tracking number, please contact us.

Saturday arrival is available to limited areas of the U.S. Please contact us to check your eligibility for Saturday Arrival. A $15 UPS Saturday Arrival fee will apply.

We cannot hold shipments for fish that cannot be shipped. We cannot send you replacement koi.

No local pickup is available, sorry.

We DO NOT ship outside of the 50 states of the U.S.

Upon arrival of your shipment, if you are unhappy with your koi for any reason, please contact us before leaving negative or neutral response. We strive to keep all of our customers happy, and we will always work with you towards a solution.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
We guarantee all of our fish for 14 days after the time of arrival. If your koi is DOA or does not make it through the 14 day period, please email us a picture of the deceased koi as soon as possible, and you will receive a full refund for the koi. In the event of any loss, the refund DOES NOT include the cost of shipping. Contact us through the Contact Member link for the email address to send pictures to.

We guarantee the quality and photographic representation of our Koi and Butterfly Koi. If the quality of the koi that you receive does not meet your expectations, please contact us to discuss a solution.

Please keep in mind that all koi are measured from the tip of the nose to the tip of the tail. Judging the size of koi by eyesight only can be misleading, especially for butterfly koi.
