Customers are REQUIRED to sign for all freight shipments. If inthe event that your kennel appears to have been damaged in transit, please notethis on the shipping receipt, and tell the driver. All kennels are banded together with steel banding to insure thatyour kennel is not damaged during shipment. However, we have very littlecontrol of what happens to our kennels once they leave our facility. Due to thesize of the kennels, (96\" or 72\" x 72\") these must ship by MotorFreight (18 Wheeler, Semi Truck Delivery)

Our normal delivery includes lift gate service and we can accommodatereasonable special delivery requests.

SIZEMATTERS

The size you buydepends entirely on how large your dog is. For smaller breeds our 6\' x 6\'kennel is sufficient. A kennel should be large enough for the dog to walkcomfortably around for exercise. A good rule of thumb is to make your newpet enclosure at least 8\' x 8\' feet wide, this is sufficient space for even thelargest dog to stretch his legs, but small enough that it won\'t swallow up themajority of your yard either. For Large dogs 6\' x 12\' is recommended.

KENNEL BEHAVIOR

Some dogs will behave negativelywhen placed in a kennel environment. Please ensure that your dog is properlytrained or see your Veterinarian for assistance. Those who own large oraggressive breeds should carefully select the type of kennel best suited forthese dog breeds. No kennel is guaranteed to be escape or tamper-proof. KennelBoss will not assume responsibility for injuries or damage caused byinadequate training or other behavior.

KENNEL WARRANTY

Your kennel is warranted to theoriginal owner to be free from defects in material and workmanship for theperiod of one year, from the date of purchase. The obligation under thiswarranty is limited to the replacement or repair at the manufacturer\'s factory,or at a point designated by the manufacturer, of such part as shall appear tothe manufacturer upon inspection of said part to have been defective inmaterial or workmanship. Kennel Boss is not obligated to bear the cost oflabor or transportation charges in connection with the replacement or repair ofdefective parts. This warranty does not cover defects in the wire enclosurecaused by any physical abuse to or misuse of the dog kennel, any damage causedby the original purchaser or any third party, or any defects arising ordiscovered more than one year from the original retail purchase date. Costsincurred for service, labor, or other expenses which have been incurred by thebuyer without express approval or authorization by Kennel Boss will notbe accepted. Kennel Boss may require the purchaser to present the salesreceipt or other proof of purchase prior to authorizing any return orreplacement. No returns or replacements will be permitted without properauthorization. If a return or replacement is authorized, you may be requestedto return the item to Kennel Boss , Inc. or to make the item available forpick-up by Kennel Boss .

Kennel Boss reserves theright to improve any product through changes in design or materials as it maydeem desirable without being obligated to incorporate such changes in productsof previous manufacture.

RETURNPOLICY

All returns will be made at the customers expense. Return cost is$300.00 dollars flat rate. All returns are subject to pay all delivery costsassociated with return of the kennel; except in cases where the kennel has beendamaged beyond use in shipping and the damage has been noted on the shippingreceipt. All custom ordered kennels with customer specified sized panelsare non-returnable.

Please note that accessories cannot be returned as we don\'t chargeshipping on those items. If a customer must return an accessory theywould be responsible for paying the cost of shipping to return said item.
