If we feel as if a piece is not healthyenoughto ship we will replace the coral with a healthier piece from the same colony. When offerding on our items you agree that this is acceptable.

We can ship Monday - Wednesday. Orders MUST be paid for within 24 hours. We will not ship until delivery day has been established between both parties. We will not ship when the hubs are below 40degrees.

DOA

In a rare occurrence, if a DOA occurs, please snap a digital photo of the item in the bag and send a message to us within 3 hours upon delivery. You will receive store credit for the amount of the coral. Shipping is nonrefundable. We do not offer refunds, we will only issue store credit.

LightingOur coral is kept under Kessil Lighting and Orphek OR120. All of ourcoral are photographed under this lighting as well. If you use other lightingsources colorations may vary. Please acclimate your coral appropriately to yourlighting as changing light sources could shock or stress out the coral.
