This is an old pair of wheels. These antique wheels are cast iron and large, at 12 inches in diameter. The treads are 2 inches wide, and there is a 1 1/8 inch bore at the center. These were rusty and have been cleaned. There are a couple of small edge chips and a few extra blobs of material that we show in the photos. There is some light rust inside the axle bore and in between the spokes. There are traces of old paint, though most of the original finish has worn off. You can leave them as they are, or you can wax them with clear paste wax or paint them to prevent rust. Each wheel has6 spokes with a bead down the center. This is a handsome pair of wheels for your next project.
