BLF188XRS 1 KW LDMOS-FET LINEAR AMPLIFIER

This ,BLF188XRS PnP amplifier ,was created to enable the use of the latest LDMOS-FET's device

This amp is using the latest state of the art XR device from NXP (former PHILIPS)

The board used is double sided plated G-10 board 3oz. copper (high current board)

Device is using the CLAMP way of attaching the device to heat spreader and is superior to the 2 screws method

since the entire contact area of the LDMOS is pressed against the heat radiator and not just the edges!! you can see it in the pictures.
