I believe this is the Highland version which was adopted as standard issue by the (USMC) from 1968 and later introduced on a wide scale in Southeast Asia by the U.S. Army.

 

Solid, Clean & in Good To Very Good Used Condition. Shows even fade w a small spot near the interior top button hole ~ no other spots or stains. Small thread bare hole under R lower pocket ~ you may see fit to stitch or back iron-on patch. I hand stitched 2 rips at lower R waist pocket ~ 1 minor small spot under flap at side top side seam & the other more significant at lower pleat (this is 2 separate rips that are close together) ~ all are solid & secure. Very light wear at front hem edge. Overall the jacket is presentable w no other holes, rips, repairs, fraying, damage or any other surprises. ~See Below~

 

Rip-Stop, wind resistant poplin / 100% cotton. Concealed button front. 4 flap covered 2 button cargo pockets w belows & drains. All pockets are clean. Adjustable button cuffs. Color is truest to front main photos & closeups not the 2nd photo of back jacket.

 

Marked a size Medium Short. May fit A Medium Regular & of course smaller. - Depends on undergarments, intended fit & if you wish to wear it as a jacket or shirt jac.

 

Measurements taken flat ~ across the shoulders seam to seam 18 1/8\", shoulder seam to cuff 22 5/8\", armpit to armpit 22\", hem 45 around max\" around & back collar seam to hem line 29 1/4\".
