1961 Blaupunkt Granada 61\' Super Hi-Fi 20303 Tabletop Radio - Nice and Working For Sale -

This German Made 1961 Blaupunkt Granada 61 Super Hi-Fi radio is in excellent original condition. The grill cloth is original. There are a few minor dings and scratches but overall the cosmetic condition of this 55 year old radio is excellent. The radio receives FM, AM and Shortwave signals and both the AM and FM bands work surprisingly well. I was able to get a few shortwave stations but I suspect that a little attention to antenna connections would probably improve reception. The only condition issue of any real concern is the power cord. The wire has cracked at the plug and where it enters the radio so replacing it for the sake of safety would be advisable. I will include the cord with the radio because having the original might aid in finding a replacement. In addition to the radio functions the unit also has inputs for a tape deck and phonograph on the back and buttons to activate those functions on the front. Overall, a very collectible piece in excellent cosmetic and functional condition.
