Returns Policy

All sales are final unless they are found to be damaged by shipping carrier or our listing error and mistake. We must be notified of the situation within 3 days of your receipt. All items come with 30 days store warranty unless advertised differently.

We recommend you check your item right after you receive it. Even you are not attempt to use it in recently. Your only have 30-days warranty no excuse no exception.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. No refund after 30 days. Under NO circumstances will any shipping and processing fees be refunded. No returns will be accepted if the original packaging is damaged and/or missing accessories. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charge

Return Procedures

Please contact us by 's "contact member" to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number. If package return with unfair or damage packing style, it will not be accepted (will take photo if need it). All RMA numbers are valid for ten (10) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number, will not be accepted.
