generate a damage claim. Please keep all original packaging and boxes intact.
Only insured items are eligible for damage claims. Please insure your item.
If insuranceis not available upon check out, please ask for it before you pay.
Usually the shipper will senda driver or adjuster to inspect the damage.
Please do not send an item back without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION # from us.
We will issue a replacement AFTER the shipper has approved & refunded the
claim. Damage claims can take up to 10-14 business days to process. We do not
issue monetary refunds unless we have made an error in the
description of the item purchased, or if your item is out of stock, or not
available for immediate re-shipment.
LOST ITEMS- PACKAGES NOT RECEIVEDPlease email us of a lost /not received itemwithin 20 days after payment.
If not reported to us within 20 days of purchase the item is non-refundable
and a claim cannot be generated. Although damage claims & lost
packages are EXTREMELY RARE, as we take great care in packaging &
processing our items, we understand that situations with shipping companies
can arise that are completely out of our hands. Please give us a chance to
