Return Policy

At D&Q, we have aNo Hasslereturn policy. Feel free to return your item for any reason up to 60 days past the close of the sale for a full refund, less shipping. The item must be in the condition it was delivered to you and in the original packaging. Returns of complete bikes, frames, group sets, kits, clothing and shoes will be assessed a 10% restocking fee.

Damaged,Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or an incorrect item, we will pay your return shipping in the form of a pre-paid shipping label in order to correct the error. Please contact us prior to sending the return so that this label can be provided for you.

No restocking fees will be assesed to returns of this nature. For international orders we are not able to provide a prepaid shipping label but we will reimburse your return shipping costs when processing the return.

Order Changes and Cancellations
