This item has been tested and is fully functional. There are tiny paint specks on the top as well as minor scratches around the edges. There is dust around the equalizer knobs. There are five knobs missing on the left and right channels, but the metal switches move up and down just fine. The other knobs operate smoothly, as well. Q. 1) Is there any way I can get my item faster? Yes, if you prefer an expedited service, we would be more than happy to send you cost estimates for the additional service charges. Most of our items are sent out via UPS Ground which is an estimated 3-5 days for delivery. If you would like a faster service, most items can be sent by USPS Priority, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air.Q. 2) How long will it take for you to ship my item? Most of our items are shipped out within the same day or within 24 hours of payment being sent. As we are not in the office for the weekend, any items paid for after 3pm CST Friday, will be sent out the following Monday. Q. 3) Will I have to sign for the package?

If your purchase total (price of the item + shipping costs) is greater than $100, a signature may need to sign for your package upon arrival. Any transactions over $500 will require an Adult signature upon arrival. If you will not be available to sign for the package when the item arrives, please contact us and we can remove the signature requirement. However, the package will not have as much shipping security. Q. 4) Do you offer delivery confirmation?As a company, we try to insure receipt of each item and we always put the appropriate insurance amount on each package. Each transaction will include a tracking number. If you see that the tracking information has not updated within 24 hours, please do not hesitate to let us know. Q. 5) Can I change the shipping address before the product is shipped to me?As long as you supply us with an appropriate address before 3pm CST, we can ship it to that address. At an extra cost, we can change the address with UPS if it has been shipped via UPS Ground. Q. 6) What kind of packing materials do you use?Each item is packaged with new boxes, peanuts and bubble wrap to insure they arrive safely. If you have packaging requirements or requests, please let us know and we may be able to accommodate. Q. 7) If I do not find the specification for an item, how quickly I will be able to receive a response from your company?We answer questions between our office hours of Monday – Friday 8-5pm CST. We try to check our messages every 2-3 hours in order to provide full customer satisfaction. Q. 8) What if I entered my address incorrectly?If there is an issue with your address, we may attempt to contact you. However if we do not receive a response, we will send it out within 24 hours to the closest matching address available. Q. 9) My confirmed shipping address is a P.O. Box. Can I still purchase your item?

Most of our items ship out via UPS Ground and cannot be shipped to a P.O. box unless additional shipping charges are added for USPS Priority service. If you are interested in an item and it is not allowing you to purchase for this reason, please contact us and we can get you an estimate on the cost for USPS Priority. If you decide that you no longer want the item, you can send it back within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price of the item unless otherwise specified in the listing.
