FEDERAL SIGNALS TWINSONIC 12X FULL SIZED BAR PARTS UNIT W/ CASCADE MIRRORS For Sale -

For sale is a vintage Federal Signals INC (Made in AMERICA) vintage model 12X light bar. Features the cascade type mirrors, metal speaker tray, both end caps, what\'s shown in the pictures is all there is. This was a spare parts unit, It\'s in very good condition, good gears, good bench tested motor (doesn\'t get hot), the cascade mirrors are excellent,good chrome, not all dented up and scratched. I have wayyy too many Twins in my collection and need to make room. Hooked it up to my battery charger: it rotates BUT VERY, VERY SLOWLY then will stop. I put a lamp in one of the lamp holders and it worked, so assume ALL lamps will work with bulbs installed. I do not know if this is aone or two chain model, I would guess it\'s 2. Perhaps needs torn apart and cleaned/re-greased could possibly restore to it\'s former operatingglory, or put domes/speaker housing on it and use as a staticdisplay model, or use as spare parts unit. This is a very heavy, bulky unit so shipping is an additional $120.00-----> HIGHER to the West Coast....I highly recommend insurance.
