This silver plated brass, WMF powder bowl / trinket box, has a lovely ArtNouveau design of a maiden’s head, with sinuous, swirling hair, on the hingedlid. The cut glass bowl is beautifully decorated around the sides, and on thebase.
Offered in very good condition, with no breaks or repairs tothe metal, hinge or glass. Normal age related wear to the plate. Please seedetailed photos.
Marked ‘WMF N 1/10 as’, with the ‘Antler’ mark under thehinge, and again on the rim with Antler mark & 1/10.
Made in Germany circa 1906.
