(2)RARE Starlight/Whiteseam BN Plecos 1.5\" Juveniles W/ :
$60.00

Don\'t miss your chance to own some of these stunning plecos. These homebred, tank raised juvenile Starlight Plecos are the most beautiful pleco in the hobby in my opinion. You will receive 2 unsexed juvenile plecos from 1\" to 1.5\" in size. They are easy to keep but hard to breed and that\'s what makes them so rare in the hobby today. They are a peaceful fish that only grow to 4\"-5\" which makes them great for any tank and they are shrimp friendly. ***Additional Pleco may be purchased ***Hurry because these WILL NOT last SHIPPING*****************LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEED******If you receive a DOA simply notify me with 2 clear pictures of the fish still in the UNOPENED bag within 2hours of delivery and I will make it right. I use styrofoam lined boxes and loose insulation along with heat/cool packs if needed. I RESERVE the right to delay shipping due to weather conditions. The safety of the fish is always my main concern. The Starlight Bristlenose Pleco originates from the Rio Negro in Brazil.  It is also known as the White Seam Pleco and the Orange Seam Pleco for the coloring on the dorsal and caudal fins.  They prefer wood and hiding places, such as caves.  Starlights are omnivorous and prefer vegetable matter.  They will also eat sinking pellets, live blackworms and frozen bloodworms.
The males have tenacles on their head.  Breeding is difficult, but can be achieved with blackwater water conditions, which are very soft, acidic water created by decaying vegetation.  In the wild these water conditions produces very dark yet clear water.Fish FactsScientific Name: Ancistrus dolichopterus - 28 C; 73 - 82 FpH: 5.6 - 7.0Size: 12 cm; 5 inchesLife Span: 5+ YearsBreeding: Difficult, EgglayerThank you for checking out AC AQUATICS
