Hello!  My name is Brad, and I'm a dog walker and owner of a small New York dog walking and pet sitting service called Uptown PetCare NYC.  As the name implies, we are based in New York City, servicing uptown neighborhoods in Manhattan.  This includes the Upper East and West Sides, Harlem, East Harlem, Morningside Park, Washington Heights, and Inwood.
