If you are
not entirely satisfied with any purchase you may return it to us
within 30 days of shipping and we will refund you the cost of the
product (see below for conditions).
We will
accept returns on any item (except otherwise stated - e.g. for
whistles, flea combs and sanitary wear and for
products shipped directly from the manufacturer,
unless defective or wrongly shipped), for any reason as long as the
conditions below are met.
Return Period
Returns must be made within 30
days of your whole order being marked
"Shipped". Returns received
after 30 days of shipping will not receive
credit.
Returns Procedure
If you need to return an item
to us, you must complete the Returns Form
before returning it to us. Look up your email
order confirmation or visit your Account
History and take a note of the Order
Number. Then visit the Contact Us
page and enter the information
asked for. On receipt of your request, we will
promptly send you instructions for returning
your order or parts of your order. Please note
that if your order arrived in multiple
shipments you may have to return different
items to different warehouse locations.
Product Exchanges
Please note that we do not
offer product exchanges due to potential price
differences. If you would like to change an
aspect of an item you purchased (e.g. the
size), please complete the Returns procedure
and purchase the new size as usual in our
store.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be
returned clean and free of animal residue, or
we may refuse to issue credit. Items must also
still have original tags, packaging,
accessories and labeling.
Shipping Costs
Customer is responsible for
all shipping charges on returned items unless
we shipped a damaged or incorrect item. If we
ship a damaged or incorrect item, we will
refund your entire order, including
shipping.
Damaged Items
If your purchase has been
damaged in transit, you must claim credit with
the carrier, however we will assist you as
much as possible.
Credits
Credit will be given within
7-10 days of receipt of goods if all of the
above instructions are followed. Credit is
given in the same form as original
payment.
If we need to refund a higher
value than your original order total (e.g.
with return shipping), we will issue a coupon
equal to the difference.
Any return that causes the
original order to fall below any applicable free shipping
minimum will result in shipping being charged
at the normal rate and deducted from the
refund amount. See Shipping
