How do I change my address, email
address or password?
To change any of your personal details, visit Your
Account page.
How do I subscribe or unsubscribe to the
newsletter?
To change your subscription settings, visit Your
Account page.
How do I check the status of my order?
To see if your purchase has been shipped, visit
your Order History
page and click on the order you want to check.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, you must submit a Returns
Form. Go to your Order History
page, click on the order you wish to
return, and follow the link to return that
item. Some items cannot be returned (such as
whistles) - this is specified on the product details
page. Once you have submitted your Returns Form, you
will be given our warehouse return address and
instructions. Print off your original email order
confirmation and send it back with your purchase.

How soon must I return an item after I receive
it?
All returns must be received by us within 30
days of the shipping date for credit. See also: Returns

Can I choose priority shipping?
At present you cannot choose priority shipping.

How do I add a product to my "My Favorite
Products" list?
To add a product to your favorites list, browse
our store until you come to the product you like and
click the button "Add to Favorites".
How can I log out of my account?
Once you have logged out, you will be taken to
the PetPeoplesPlace.com home page where you can
register of login as a different user. Click
Here to Log Out of Your Account.
How do I stop receiving email
notification of new private messages?
When you receive a new private message from another
member, we send you an email notification to tell
you to login to your account and view the message.
If you would prefer not to receive such
notifications please visit Your
Account page.
