How much does it cost to post an advert?
Posting any advertisement is completely free, and there are no charges at any point in the selling or buying process.

What kinds of items can I advertise?
All items related to pets and pet-keeping are welcome in our classifieds. To find or advertise pet services please see our Pet Services Directory. You are not allowed to advertise items not related to pets, SPAM, work from home opportunities or other solicitations of any kind. Any such listing will be removed immediately and will normally result in termination of your account without further warning.

How do prospective buyers contact me?
You are not permitted to enter a website or email address in your item description. However, prospective buyers can contact you via our private messaging system. Once contact has been initiated, you are welcome to share email addresses. Alternatively, you can add your telephone number to your item description. Your personal details will not be available to any prospective buyers unless you expressly provide it via private messages sent through PetPeoplesPlace.com.

How long will my advert be seen for?
All adverts automatically expire after 30 days. You are welcome to re-list any advert at any time after expiry.

Can I re-list an expired advert?
Yes - for up to 30 days after an advert has expired, simply visit Your Account pages and follow the instructions.

I want to edit my advert - how do I do this?
Currently you are not able to edit an advert after it has been posted. However, you are welcome to remove a listing and submit a new ad - see Your Account pages. In the near future, you will be able to edit any of your live or expired adverts.

What do I do if I have made payment and not received my goods?
Because PetPeoplesPlace.com is a virtual meeting point for potential buyers and sellers of pet items online, it can be victim to scams and other fraudulent activities. PetPeoplesPlace.com serves simply as a venue for potential buyers and sellers, and as such, is not responsible for the actions of its' users. However, if you have been affected by a suspected act of fraud, please Contact Us and we will make every reasonable effort to assist you.

The location on my item for sale is wrong - where can I change this?
The location of your items for sale is automatically taken from the information you used to register. To change the location for future items posted please update your Account Information.

I want to add an animal for sale but the breed I represent is not listed in your breed list.
Our breed list has been carefully selected to include most popular breeds. However, it is not all-encompassing. In the event that your chosen breed is not listed please select one of the general options such as "Mixed Breeds" or "Other Purebred".

I have added a classified ad but I can not find it when I search PetPeoplesplace.com
You can check the status of your ad by checking your Account Pages. Search results are typically several days behind the actual content of our website and non-appearance in search results is not usually an indication that your ad is not yet live. Usually you can find your ad by browing the section categories even if your ad is not yet appearing in search results.
