    Warranty
    All goods sold by XI’AN PPE PLUS that are defective by reason of material workmanship within 60 days after shipment will be replaced. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained first from XI’AN PPE PLUS. All manufacturer’s warranties will be honored.
    Logistic&Shipping
    We ship F.O.B. from our manufacturing location and warehouses around port shipments, and via the carrier of our choice. All shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. Items temporarily back-ordered are shipped immediately upon arrival in our warehouse.
