my cat was pregnant and she disappeared and apparently went into labor. After 3 days she reappeared with her stomach swollen and a dead decaying kitten was sticking half way out of her. we rushed her to the vet and after about half hour they came out and told us they got the dead kitten out but she died because the kitten was rotting inside of her and that poisoned her so she died. Is this true, did she really die from the poisoning? She was very young and a stray cat molested her….her name was Velvetina.
