I have a 5 year old pitbull named tyson recently (last 6 months) when my husband leaves for work his behavior has changed usually hes calm watches out the window plays with his toys normal stuff however now he will instantly come to my side and he has to be touching me with some part of his body even if its just leaning against my legs -most common but he will stare at everything around us and pay attention to every noise if i move he will follow me and continue this and even more recently he will give a muffled growl not directed towards me but he will continue this untill i leave for work in a way it seems protective but it also seems like he could be fearful of something im really struggling to understand this behavior any ideas or advice would be really great!
