I have a male parrolet.I thought that he might be lonely so I purchased 2 additional parrolets that seem to be bonded. I want to introduce them all into the same cage. What is the best way to do this? Currently I have the 2 in one cage under quarantine for another week. But I would like them all to go into the original birds cage. I am worried about territorialism. Would it be better to put them all together in a different cage? Should I make the transfer at night? I don’t want the 2 to gang up on the single bird. I don’t know the sex of the new 2, Any advice is welcome.

I don’t think transferring them to the original cage will help in any way. Just make sure you watch over them from a distance to ensure that normal arguing doesn’t escalate to a serious fight
