My Dog hurt her back left leg on Sunday, she has been limping around now for several days. She will not put alot of pressure on her paw. I have checked her hip and knee she does not whimper. It does not look like anything in in her paw and it does not bother her to push on it. Could she have broken her foot? I do not have the money to take her and have x-rays, I am self employed and business it horrible right now. Does anyone have any recommendations?

The dog may have a broken leg, or a fracture, or muscle damage. She needs to be at least checked.
Call the animal shelter. Ask if they know of any low-cost vet clinics where you can get the dog looked at.
Using the Yellow Pages, call your local vets - start with your regular vet first - & tell them that your dog has an leg injury, you'd like to get it checked & treated, but you can't pay the entire bill all at once. Ask if they have a monthly payment program; many vets are doing this now, just to get the pets treated.
I don't know where in Maryland you live, but some veterinary colleges operate Teaching Hospitals: the 4th year students treat animals at a low-cost vet hospital, under the supervision of a full vet. Google for vet colleges; contact them & ask if they have a treatment program.
Best I can do.
